What we process

If you subscribe by email we store your address, chosen language, confirmation date and unsubscribe date. A subscription only becomes active after you confirm the link we send (double opt-in).

If you use the recipe assistant, your question is processed to search Dalia's published content. We do not build visitor profiles.

The server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, requested page) for a limited time for security and diagnostics.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking cookies of its own. There is a language cookie and, for the owner only, an admin session cookie.

If third-party advertising (e.g. Google AdSense) or embedded players from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook are enabled in the future, those providers may set their own cookies when their content is displayed. This policy will be updated before they are enabled.

Who we share data with

Only the technical providers that run the site: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), image and video storage (Cloudflare R2) and, when configured, email delivery (Resend). We do not sell data.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email you receive or by writing to the contact below. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at the same address.
